Limber up for a better golf swing

Having a full range of motion helps you get into the best positions to produce more power and achieve more distance,
but this capacity relies on your flexibility. Here are two good exercises to help you improve it.

Window washers
This exercise helps to release the hip complex and
lower back, making it easier for you to achieve
that 45 degree rotation.

Windmills
This dynamic flexibility exercise is a great way to lengthen
the hamstrings and glutes as well as increase the
rotational capacity of your back and shoulders.
